We want to assure all our patients we will be adhering to government guidelines, keeping in mind your health and well-being, as well as the health of our staff.

1.  Patients with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID must not be treated in-person except as needed for urgent, emergency care.

2.  Patients are no longer required to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a COVID consent form.

3.  Masking is no longer mandatory for patients and visitors.

4.  All patients and visitors must be screened prior to/upon arrival.
